Deliver World Famous Studio Tour to up to 160 guests, four times a day-As VIP Guide, serve as private escort through the theme park and studio to guests of the VIP Experience as well as celebrities, royalty, and diplomats-As Performer, maintain the integrity of the intellectual property of Wizarding World of Harry Potter as a Wandkeeper-As Lead Guide Trainer, serve as liaison between tour management, trainer roster, and trainees to provide top quality training and ensure proper flow of training day by coordinating with all parties and tram drivers. As of 2022, Trainer Lead focused on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion - bringing more inclusive content to the tour script and empowering all guides (new and current) to develop more diverse and inclusive tours-As Orientation Facilitator, responsible for onboarding new team members by introducing them to the Universal standards of conduct as well as teaching the Harry Potter brand class
