I see the whole puzzle to help others put the pieces together\"As a kid, I had a unique ability to visualize the big picture of a situation. I could piece together my GI Joe puzzle without reference and visualize how the pieces fit together. The shapes of planes parachutes and explosions fit neatly in my mind. Through my life experiences in the military, I learned to hone this craft of visualizing the future. I would learn to see the big picture of a situation and take the actionable steps needed to solve problems and complete the puzzle. I do this by:* Analyzing tasks in time* Acquiring the correct resources* Setting teams in motion* Creating timelines and objectives* Finding ways to follow upThrough years of refining these processes, I would hone this valuable craft to create paths forward. Examples of successful execution include developing teams to fit complex missions, creating lasting courses to fill informational gaps, simplifying corporate policy, developing communication networks, evolving digital process coordination, and standing up teams to fill corporate gaps.
