About Danny Attle
My diverse work experience as an Operations Manager has enabled me to hone my skills in numerous fields. As a member of management of two start-up companies, I designed and improved machinery, product and office software. I carried out maintenance on equipment, machines and fixtures and helped design, assemble and install attachments on equipment. I trained associates in safe and proper procedures that compared to Lean and Six Sigma ideology. I was part of the R&D team that designed solutions for difficult problems and continuously searched for innovative methods to make the processes better.

As an Order Picker at Amazon, I have been working in the outbound department for over eight years, picking orders for customers across the country. I have been trained on various types of powered industrial trucks, such as Order Picker, Tugger, Double Walkie, and Reach Truck, and I have also cross-trained on the pack line( singles, multis, SIOC and BOD), taper, manual slam, TV overbox, shipping dock, and transfer out.Besides my regular duties, I have also taken on additional roles as a Learning Ambassador and a PIT Trainer, teaching and mentoring new hires and existing associates on safety, quality, and productivity standards. I have been selected as an Away Team Learning Ambassador three times, traveling to new sites to help with their launch and operations. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with others, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
