I didn\'t plan to become someone who thinks about aging for a living. Life just kept pointing me there. A father navigating multigenerational family dynamics. A builder who saw how homes either support or fail the people living in them. An entrepreneur who kept finding the same gap- families facing one of life\'s hardest transitions with almost no real support. So I stopped waiting for someone else to build what was missing. Today I work at the intersection of aging, family, and technology — building platforms, communities, and conversations that help organizations and families navigate the caregiving journey with more clarity, dignity, and support. I\'m the founder of CarePath.life, where I speak at conferences and consult with CHROs, HR leaders, and benefits teams on the caregiving crisis hiding inside their workforce. 1 in 5 of their employees is managing an aging parent right now. Most are doing it silently. I help organizations see them — and build the culture to keep them. I lead AgeTech Connect LA- Southern California\'s most active aging and technology community - because the people building the future of aging need each other. Two TEDx talks. A published book on multigenerational living. 20+ years across construction, senior care, and human-centered design. But more than any credential -I understand this space because I\'ve lived inside it. As a son. As a father. As someone who believes family is still the most powerful system we have.
