My work includes coaching, project leadership, and helping leaders and teams navigate change in ways that support both effectiveness and human well-being.Earlier in my career, I developed a technical foundation working with Base SAS, R, and SQL to support research and data processing. I later partnered with subject matter experts to design and deliver training in data processing, visualization, and professional skills. These experiences strengthened my ability to translate complex concepts into practical applications and reinforced my interest in bridging technical capability with human-centered strategy.I am continually strengthening my skills in workforce strategy, people analytics, and responsible AI to help organizations adapt in ways that remain both effective and deeply human-centered.I am especially energized by opportunities to learn, experiment, and contribute to environments where people, teams, and organizations can grow together.
