I have been in the transportation and logistics industry since 1986. I have handled many types of clients but transportation is where I specialize.*Strengths: Account maintenance, problem solving, planning and implementing proactive procedures and projects. Specialize in Risk Management and large Transportation accounts. Excellent working knowledge of the Applied/Tam Management Software, FormPro (trucking application program), Epic, AMS, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and others.*Accomplishments: Worked with a team to develop very sucessful program for writing new business and providing best customer service program with high retention. Responsible for putting together, training and managing insurance quoting website for clients to provide quotes plus an excess cargo website to purchases extra limits to haul higher value load. Developed, trained and managed master program for O/O leased to various motor carriers. Managed collections for three branches.
