   Began as a recruiter supporting the Global Security, Intelligence, and Logistics (GSIL) division, managing full-cycle hiring for technical and mission-critical roles. Partnered closely with hiring managers overseeing government contracts, adapting to varied client processes and compliance standards. Supported proposal recruiting and aligned talent strategies with business development efforts. Collaborated with the marketing team to enhance job advertising and candidate engagement across platforms, and created a “Hot Jobs” tracker to prioritize high-need roles and improve internal visibility. Represented Culmen at networking events and career fairs across DC/VA to build targeted talent pipelines.Since November 2024, transitioned to the Global Advisory and Management Services (GAMS) division, continuing to support strategic hiring initiatives across international development and advisory programs. In this expanded role, I collaborate with marketing on data collection, metrics reporting, and graphic design for corporate materials. I also contribute to training preparation, design, and delivery—including video-based trainings—and help optimize our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to improve workflow and candidate experience.
