We’re on a mission to accelerate climate solutions by building products, programs, and community to grow the climate workforce and support the hiring needs of thousands of organizations in the space. We do this through our climate jobs platform at Climatebase.org (1M+ users each year), our annual summit SF Climate Week (25k+ attendees), the Climatebase Weekly newsletter (150k+ readers), and our Fellowship program, a climate career accelerator for top mission-driven talent.Climatebase launched the first cohort of the Climatebase Fellowship in 2022. Since then, they have helped accelerate the climate careers of over 3,200 Fellows that were selected from over applicants across 7 cohorts. I am currently enrolled in Cohort 8.
