The College Internship Program (CIP) is a comprehensive postsecondary transition program for young adults with ASD and LD with locations across the US.As President, I strive to achieve long-term vision and alignment with CIP’s core values and founding principles by ensuring operations, marketing, strategy and programming are effectively implemented across the organization. There is nothing more rewarding than enabling our team members to help our student\'s and their families realize their goals and dreams.I am a member of the Autism Asperger\'s Network (AANE), Learning Disabilities Association of America (LDA), Autism Society of America (ASA), and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). I\'ve co-authored work on Reframing which was published in the Autism File Magazine and contributed to Autism & Learning Differenves: An Active Learning Teaching Toolkit, a first-of-its-kind guide for educators released by Jessica Kingsley Publishers in 2015.I enjoy producing music, photography, hiking and biking in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts and spending time with my wife Nicole, son Marlow, and daughter\'s Arbor and Juniper.
