If you’re building, growing, or preparing to transition a Medicare agency, my work is focused on helping you do it with clarity, confidence, and long-term value.I began my career in insurance at 18, building my first agency the old-fashioned way—door to door. Learning to work through adversity, earn trust, and stay relentlessly focused on people shaped how I approach growth, leadership, and succession in the Medicare and insurance industry today.I currently serve as VP of Growth and Development at McNerney Management Group, where I lead the Acquisition Pathway division and am directly involved in the acquisition of Medicare agencies nationwide. I partner with agency owners to navigate change, scale with intention, and transition with confidence. At its core, my work is about transferring relationships with care—and making sure agencies, their teams, and their clients are supported every step of the way.I’ve also authored multiple books and remain deeply involved in the industry through mentoring, consulting, and collaboration with leaders across the country. My focus is practical: helping good businesses become stronger, more valuable, and more sustainable.Outside of work, I’ve been married to my wife, Kelly, for over 30 years, and we’re proud grandparents to five amazing grandkids. I start most mornings with exercise, meditation, and reading, and I enjoy wildlife photography whenever I can get out in the field.
