I oversee the city’s enterprise GIS network for water, sewer, stormwater, and raw water systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and long-term value across departments.My work not only spans the full Esri ecosystem — ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Field Maps, Survey123, Dashboards, and Experience Builder — but integrates these tools into unified systems. I focus on delivering user-centered solutions that combine automation, intuitive cartography, and streamlined workflows to reduce effort for utility staff, improve data quality, and provide clear dashboards for decision-makers.
