WORK HISTORY
Upcycler and Creator @The Revival Shed
My Hobby is making upcycled furniture and wall art from predominantly recycled materials. From Epic fairly tail beds, giant coffee tables using huge receiver tanks or beer barrels, to eye catching dining epoxy resin tables using as many different resources as possible that would otherwise go to waste. Whether I use the fantastic resources of the local Makerspace so I have access to all their woodworking facilities, engineering, metalworking CNC, Industrial laser and many other super cool toys. You can find me on Facebook under \"The Revival shed\" and my personal website is also slowly coming together

ABOUT DAN LENG
I’m a Southern-based Sales Engineer with a genuine passion for solving problems, building strong customer relationships, and making complex technical challenges feel simple and achievable. I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of industries—including engineering, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, academia, healthcare, HVAC, aerospace and IT—giving me a uniquely broad perspective on how technology and people work together.I love getting hands-on with systems, learning new technologies quickly, and working closely with clients to understand what they truly need—whether that’s a bespoke pumping solution, laboratory equipment support, or guidance on integrating new engineering systems. My approach is always friendly, honest, and collaborative, and I take pride in creating long-term partnerships that deliver real value.Outside of my core engineering and sales career, I run The Revival Shed, where I design and hand-build custom furniture using sustainable, upcycled materials. Creativity and practical engineering go hand-in-hand for me, and I enjoy bringing that same mindset into every project—professional or personal. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out on a trail with my border collie, tinkering with a 1996 motorcycle restoration, or teaching myself something new—currently web design.I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, collaborators, or anyone who shares a passion for engineering, innovation, and good conversation.
