In all my roles to date, I have a proven track record of successfully delivering major organisational and programme improvements whilst improving morale and performance in large, complex organisations. Recent achievements include the development of an accelerated Campus Masterplan and restructuring of the capital programme at Sheffield Hallam University and the development of the pioneering Hallam Alliance delivery vehicle. I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven person with strong strategic leadership, influence, communication and presentation skills. I am self-driven, thrive on working collaboratively to achieve results and am well respected amongst my fellow colleagues and external partners for the vision, inspiration, support and challenge I provide coupled with my professionalism and ability to balance strategic thinking with implementation and problem solving.
