Following the merger of Credit Suisse and UBS, I was appointed CTO of Workplace at UBS, a role offered by the Group CTO with an additional initial responsibility to lead the CS-UBS integration within this space. My remit includes defining the strategy and architecture for UBS\'s people-centric workplace experiences across End User, HR, and Corporate Services domains.In this capacity, my focus has been on designing scalable integration patterns and automated processes to facilitate the merger of two global banks with over applications.
