As a Systems Transformation Lead, I oversee the implementation, delivery and support of IT systems and solutions across a variety of business areas, ensuring they meet a company’s specific needs. I’m a strong advocate for the adoption of automation and digitisation through continual service improvement initiatives, leading to significant cost reductions and operational efficiency enhancements. I leverage an agile approach to enhance effectiveness and overcome challenges. Empowering individuals to solve their problems through the application of modern technology is a real passion of mine. With 13 years of experience in systems development, delivery and analysis, across the Retail and Manufacturing sectors in IT and Finance Systems roles, I am well-equipped to support organisations in overcoming obstacles and delivering solutions that add value and enhance productivity. The field of Business Intelligence is a real passion of mine and I love how data has the potential to add value to an organisation. I started my career working with data warehouses and reporting technologies and developed my skillset to successfully collaborate with stakeholders to create reports and visualisations that provided insight and drove forward positive change. Through the use of data visualisation and data analysis, I was able to slash the production of redundant reporting by 15% and identify opportunties to reduce in-branch controllable costs by 10%. Serving as a Product Owner, I conceived and executed the delivery of a Cash Flow Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting dashboard. This initiative arose from proactively recognising a gap in the organisation’s reporting capabilities and being able to utilise my experience in Business Intelligence, Finance Systems and Data Analysis.
