As a member of the Marketing Insights and Analytics team, I create and analyze customer insight surveys, uncovering key banking trends, identifying high-value customer segments, and shaping product strategies. Some past and present projects of mine include ownership of the end-to-end development of a competitive intelligence hub, pioneering market research innovations by validating self-reported data, accelerating survey implementation, managing vendor relationships, and supporting a monthly newsletter.Before join the Marketing Insights and Analytics team, I was part of the Anti-Money Laundering team where I analyzed the performance of the bank’s AML machine learning models by developing Python and SQL scripts to regularly evaluate and determine the models’ optimal detection thresholds.
