My mission is to make this world a better place to live. To do this, I help improve the process to manufacture construction equipment that allows people to get tough jobs done, create healthy entertaining experiences through a unique mobile business, develop coursework that trains students to manage and continuously improve, and I volunteer and serve in the community that I live in.I wear many hats due to my flexibility and effective skill set. I am often asked to manage people, provide training, and lead team and individual projects.
