Interested in disruptive technology, situational awareness, data visualization, automation, wireless networking, and the startup atmosphere.Grew a six person startup to become one of the leading military Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) suppliers for Situational Awareness (SA) & Augmented Reality (AR), acquired by Thales, a defense prime. Success using a rapid prototype model within the military aerospace environment, bringing concept to flight within a single year, now installed on > fixed wing fighter, gunship, and rotary aircraft.

   Provide architecture development, technical management, system design, qualification, integration, and test services for the Northrop Grumman Mission Systems portfolio of Navigation, Targeting, & Survivability equipment across Electronic Warfare (EW) & Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) domains.Manage research and development engineering projects within enabling technology and adjacent capability fields including proposal generation, build teams, direct partners, develop road-maps, and integrate to business plan as technical lead.Mentor junior engineers and advise on projects outside of my immediate programs. Consult as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in computer architecture, digital circuit design, aircraft systems, E3/EMI/EMC qualification, live fire, and flight testing.Solve highly technical problems with a hands-on approach, often acting as the \"glue\" between disciplines. It is common to find me deep in the weeds, delivering solutions across multiple projects every day, at highest stages of visibility and risk.
