I support people making career transitions. I coach them through their options, help them make good decisions, and put in place strategies to implement those decisions. I also help at the sharp end with CVs, interviews, applications and networking skills. I’m a qualified coach and I’ve been a careers professional since 2017, currently working for the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, leading on Global Industry and Impact careers and supporting our community of MBAs and alumni. I also work as a career coach for Jolt, and write a Gen Z focused careers column for Thred Media. Prior to becoming a careers professional, I spent six years in a fintech startup, and ten years as an operations manager for an investment bank.
