Responsible for designing, building and administrating a company-wide Power BI reporting platform used by senior managers and tailored for social housing clients. Reports include operational performance, finance, data quality, call monitoring, and more, providing insights across all workstreams.• Integrate data from SharePoint, ODBC connections, APIs, and Microsoft Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and ensure accurate, up-to-date information.• Work with senior managers and clients to reconcile data, produce performance reports and address data-related issues to ensure alignment between systems.• Manage Power BI licenses and workspaces, controlling access and providing training for new users to ensure effective use of the platform.• Create reports to improve data quality, track missed appointments and monitor job progression. Develop tools to support monthly reporting.• Use Power BI, Excel, and SQL to develop reports and dashboards, including forecasting models to support operational planning.
