I’m a higher education and marketing leader with 18+ years of experience across enrollment strategy, academic leadership, program development, and marketing-driven outreach in domestic and international contexts.I’ve held senior roles as Coordinator, Head of Department, and Founder & Dean, leading student recruitment, admissions oversight, enrollment growth, and retention initiatives. I’ve designed recruitment strategies for local, national, and international students, managed admissions workflows end-to-end, and aligned outreach with institutional priorities and student success outcomes.As Founder & Dean of SAAMPT, I launched Pakistan’s first four-year undergraduate Media Studies program, achieving a 50% enrollment increase, 94% retention, and near-100% graduate placement. My approach integrates admissions, marketing, and student-centered support—essential for modern enrollment leadership.I also served as Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy at Shanzo Group, leading multi-brand marketing and community outreach across Arkansas and Texas.
