About Danitra Pope
I am looking to utilize my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills in a broad range of work environments to bring unification and progression to individuals who feel isolated and ill equipped. My work experiences allow me to be of better service to my community and to impact the society of which we live.One of my proudest distinctions, more recent, has been successfully helping to manage, restore, and relocate an entire housing program during the 2020 pandemic as a first time supervisor with a staff of 12. Working extended hours, managing a schedule with limited resource and helping to keep everyone feeling safe and supported, was a lot. However, the team made it through and I am thankful. A core belief of mine is that connecting with other humans is essential. It can be challenging for those who have poor boundaries and issues with attachment. This is why we see so many innocent people being taken advantage of in our communities, lack of interpersonal connection.
