IAC Eitanim offers Israeli American and Jewish American teens a unique opportunity to connect to Israel through entrepreneurship and innovation. During the year, guided by mentors, the teens go through a project-based learning process where they lead innovative projects, enhance important life skills and form a community of like-minded peers.As an IAC Eitanim Facilitator in Seattle, I facilitate the sessions including planning, adjusting, connecting with parents around each session, communicate with teens and maintain a WhatsApp group with them.
