Apart from working as a Project Head, I have my expertise in the field of Business Development specifically within the Recruitment Industry. I have worked my way to certain positions through hard work and dedication and have played key roles in the establishment of different Companies starting from scratch. In total i nearly have 14 years of experience in the field of Recruitment which includes direct sourcing and recruitment experience in corporate and consultancy and various RPO models, equipped with knowledge on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information systems (HRIS), well versed in Recruitment standard methodologies, experience of sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels. I have liaised with various recruitment companies in USA, UK, Middle East, European Region and have a proven record in Permanent and Temporary recruitment. I have managed both, Recruitment and Business Development teams during my tenure in the Recruitment Industry. I have demonstrable experience in partner management and the strength to hold difficult conversations with them. Through my exposure towards the market, I have been able to perfectly handle the opportunities that have come my way. I have always looked after the operations from an A to Z perspective which starts from getting a client position on board and ends with a successful placement. I have successfully streamlined process for recruitment companies, established and trained Business Development Teams. During my tenure in various companies, I have successfully helped increase their clientele by 50% with a ratio of closing around 70% of those requirements. I was running Recruitment Operations for P.R.G as an Operations Director for almost 5 years where we were covering the entire UK and US with operations spread across the Health Care, Engineering, Hospitality and Construction Sector.
