   Building Kashmir’s first patient-centric healthcare brand focused on compassionate, accessible and evidence-based care for every family. At My True Care, we are addressing the deep gaps in both primary and specialty care by creating a community-first healthcare model, merging on-ground clinics with digital innovation to make care reliable, continuous and people-first.Our first unit, a Diabetes & Elderly Care Clinic, became operational in early 2024, marking the beginning of our broader vision for long-term, trust-based health delivery.We envision healthcare that truly reaches people, whether by taking our units to underserved rural areas, enabling teleconsultation and home care, or driving meaningful change through ongoing community engagement. Beyond clinical services, our goal is to equip, empower and inspire people through awareness programs, CPR trainings and health education in schools, colleges and local communities.
