As a Graphic Designer at Goldmine entertainment, I am responsible for creating visual materials that effectively communicate the company’s brand, values, and operations within the mining industry. I design and produce high-quality graphics, reports, signage, and digital content that support internal communication, safety awareness, community engagement, and corporate branding initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print and digital materials, including brochures, posters, safety manuals, presentations, and annual reports.Design branding materials for internal and external use—logos, event banners, uniforms, vehicle branding, and promotional items.Create infographics and visuals to simplify complex mining data, geological information, and operational processes.Collaborate with departments such as Safety, HR, and Corporate Affairs to produce materials that enhance communication and compliance.Manage photography, videography, and digital asset libraries for corporate communications.Ensure all design work aligns with corporate brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.Support internal campaigns, events, and community programs with creative visuals and media content.Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials.Contribute to digital content creation for social media and the company’s website.Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Strong understanding of corporate branding and visual communication principles.Ability to translate technical and safety information into engaging visual formats.Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.Understanding of mining operations, safety culture, and community engagement initiatives.
