Currently working at Jhanjhra Underground Coal Mine, MIC, one of India’s largest coal-producing underground mines ECL, located at Durgapur, under the Continuous Miner (CM) package.My role primarily involves managing and optimizing Continuous Miner operations in challenging underground conditions, while ensuring strict compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations. I work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, minimize equipment downtime, and consistently uphold high safety standards.I am also in charge of a production panel, where I independently manage end-to-end operations, including planning, manpower deployment, equipment coordination, safety implementation, and production monitoring, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of mining activities

   Currently working at Jhanjhra Coal Mines (MIC), one of the largest underground coal-producing mines in India, engaged in development operations using Continuous Miner (CM) technology.The operation involves an integrated Continuous Miner system by Gainwell Engineering, supported by Ramp Car and Shuttle Car units from Phillips Global, Feeder Breaker by Gainwell Engineering, and Fletcher (CAT) equipment. I am actively involved in coordinating and managing this equipment combination to ensure efficient development advance, optimized material handling, and strict adherence to safety and statutory standards in underground operations.
