   designing and implementing new equity plans based on new market trends • Administer all aspects of the equity programs, including maintenance of data (e.g, new hires, terminations, etc.) in the equity system, and ensuring all participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, releases, forfeitures, etc.) are correctly processed and settled in a timely manner. • Work closely with internal departments and third-party consultants to address any issues or changes to the equity plans and related administration processes. • Perform routine audits to ensure that all data (grants, lapses, forfeitures, etc.) have been processed timely and correctly.
