Responsibilities:• Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making. • Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees. • Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles. • Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates.• Continually engages with hiring managers and BU/location leadership to understand the recruiting business needs and required skills.• Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies. • Responsible for quality of the prospective candidates that are presented to the hiring managers for open requisitions.• Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processes.• Track candidate process and minimize time to hire (Resume (CV) to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline. • Ensure client satisfaction for the recruitment efforts within span of support by communicating business needs and placing right talent to right requirement. • Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity.• Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership including performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues etc.• Execute and support the recruitment plan shared by the assigned recruiter. Generate leads and is responsible for candidate pipeline as well as to keep recruitment databases updated.
