As the E-Commerce Manager at BBB Cycling (part of Pon.Bike), I am responsible for driving sales across multiple online marketplaces (Bol, Amazon, and Decathlon), in key European markets (the Benelux, Germany, the UK, France, Spain, and Italy). I lead a team of two e-commerce specialists and I oversee collaborations with a external advertising agencies. Within my role, I take charge of growth by strengthening existing channels and leading expansion into new countries and marketplaces.

The Pon Management Traineeship is a 20-month management development program aimed at enhancing professional expertise and fostering personal growth. During this program, I completed three 6-month assignments and a 2-month project, both in the Netherlands and internationally: - Conducted a product range simplification analysis and coordinated the 75th-anniversary planning at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (Leusden, Netherlands) - Led the digital implementation of service job reporting improvements at Bolier (Dordrecht, Netherlands) - Developed and executed part of the sales strategy at Cervélo (Aliso Viejo, California, USA) - Assisted in the selection process for the Pon Management Traineeship at Pon Holdings (Amsterdam, Netherlands) Alongside these assignments, I participated in a comprehensive learning and development program focused on both personal and professional growth.
