I help companies define and build new offerings, whether that means launching a new product (0-1), expanding their features, or reimagining how they serve customers. I cut through noise, design and validate quickly, and help teams focus on the factors that genuinely matter to deliver value. In recent years, I’ve designed AI agents, navigation systems, and tools for small and medium-sized businesses. I’ve also coached product and design teams on UX principles, rapid research, and validation methods to strengthen their decision-making process and scope projects with the user\'s needs in mind. I take a great deal of pride in my craft, but when I’m not immersed in it, you’ll find me reading, weaving on my floor loom, or spending time with my family.
