About Danielle Louise Reddick
As an actor, I have been involved in creating and performing original works of theater that explore the human condition, challenge the status quo, and inspire social change. I have also worked with other arts organizations, such as Meow Wolf, New Mexico Museum of Art, Santa Fe Playhouse, and the New Mexico Actors Lab.In addition to my passion for theater, I am also a somatic fitness coach and a certified hypnotherapist, with a background in health and physical education. I have developed and facilitated SoHyp, a system of individualized movement training that integrates fitness and somatic awareness, and The Body Story, a movement experience that fosters self-discovery and empowerment. Through these programs, I aim to help people achieve a conscious union of body and mind, and enhance their well-being and quality of life.
