   As a Technical Director- Responsible for developing a season training (tactics periodization) with the Technical Committee - Developing Position Specific Training - Fixo, Alas, and Pivot - Specific training for positions in terms of technical, tactical, and player actions required for the position- Responsible for Coaches\' Training, Standards & Expectations for new Coaches and Franchising Coaches - requirements, core values, methodology, etc- Coaching Development training in how to use the platform with the season planning and why we do that. Tactical Periodization focuses on the phases of the game. Example:(Attacking, Defending, Transition D-A and Transition A-D) Or In Possession on the defensive half, out of possession attacking half, etc.) According to the Futsal Academies: US Youth Futsal, and the CBF Academy of Futsal- Training can be done in person (regional access) and via Zoom for a geographic region. TCM training via Zoom- Coordinate the training session recording to the digital platform, as most of the training has graphics, animation, and video- Coordinate the Coaching and Players Educations Department with U12+ players with the Tactical Analysis Course (Technical - 4D Soccer, Tactical - Tactical Analysis Course (TAC), physical and mental Support Sports Psychology Department- Responsible for developing partnerships with youth soccer organizations in San Diego, in the State of California, nationwide, and internationally- Develop a player pathway program including Futsal/base, youth soccer, Beach Soccer, Footvolley, and Teqball with partners and connections in the youth soccer organizations.As a Competitive Director- Coordinating practice and tournament schedules- Leading communication between the club and families- Supporting team managers and coaches with planning and logistics
