I am an experienced management professional and entepreuner with a proven 20 year track record in the information technology and telco industry.Currently I lead a team of 150 in Net Reply, heading up all commercial and delivery operations.Net Reply is part of Reply Group, a network of highly specialized technology and communication companies. Our core competencies are in Fixed & Mobile Network Architectures and OSS Systems, but I consider these tools enablers of “hot” innovative topics, as Software Defined Networks (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to networks.I adopt an experience-based delivery model, using our internal labs to experiment new technologies, coding to adapt and integrate different systems and devices, leaving my team free to develop new ideas and prototypes starting from their projects issues or from communities.
