I collaborate directly with Product Managers, applying analytical skills to translate detailed specifications into solutions.In addition to core development, I actively participate in global AI adoption initiatives, contributing to the implementation of AI chats, intelligent agents, IDE integrations, and enhanced code reviews to significantly boost productivity and improve code quality, deliver new intelligent features, and contribute to hackathons. Furthermore, I lead AI initiatives, guiding developers toward greater use of AI to increase overall productivity.

My journey began in telecom, supporting Java systems where precision and speed were non-negotiable. I later moved into integration development, collaborating with customers and partners to ensure systems communicated seamlessly and delivered real value. Over time, I’ve worked extensively with large-scale ERP platforms, navigating high-stakes transactions and mission-critical issues with financial impacts in the millions. These experiences sharpened my technical instincts and deepened my appreciation for thoughtful, resilient architecture. Recently, I’ve been partnering with leadership to bring generative AI into our development workflows—evaluating models, exploring agentic capabilities, and helping developers harness AI coding assistants to boost productivity and innovation. I’m passionate about making AI a practical, everyday tool for engineers. I believe in the power of collaboration, continuous learning, and mentoring others.
