Based on the experience gained in previous roles, I received the opportunity to manage a Program for the implementation of new Billing system (Power and Gas) and EDM (Energy Data Management) in order to manage one million customers. The project is split in different projects for the full mapping of the processes from Meter-to-Cash. One of the included project is listed among the top 20 projects E.ON worldwide for complexity and budget value. The role include the management of a core internal project team with suppliers from different nationalities. The selected methodology of planning is typically Waterfall (Agile not compliant). The project duration is 21 months as well as an initial pre-study of 3 months.Primary roles: contract negotiation, planning, team building, communication matrix, budget management, Steering Committee reporting, support to analysts and testing/migration teams, escalation management.
