ABOUT DANILO DE LUMÈ

I\'ve been working with and for people since 2008.Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across nearly every HR domain: recruitment, training, payroll, labor relations, health & safety, internal communication, HR analytics, and digital transformation.Currently, I serve as HR Plant Manager for a multinational group, overseeing three production sites and supporting corporate-level HR initiatives. I’ve led impactful projects in change management, corporate academies, performance and incentive plans, always with one goal in mind: building workplaces where people feel valued, empowered, and engaged.I believe in an HR approach that listens, experiments, measures, and evolves.That’s why I also teach in HR master\'s programs, share ideas through writing (Gamify HR – my book, published by Egea Bocconi), and actively contribute to national HR networks (AIDP). Two degrees (Philosophy and Economics), four executive HR certifications, and solid field experience. Awarded among the most innovative HR Managers in Italy – AIDP HR Mission 2022, Smart Learning category.
