ABOUT DANILO PERON

I’m a Senior finance executive with over 25 years of experience with a career path developed within listed multinational groups holding positions of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad in the role of CFO and Senior Executive Finance Director in primary private industries operating in the energy, construction and manufacturing sectors in the administrative and financial field with particular regard to the functions of treasury and finance, accounting and control, planning and budgeting, taxation, investor relations at an international level.During my professional career, I have conducted spin-offs, divestments and acquisitions of companies (with related due diligence), introduction of new IT systems and managed corporate reorganization and/or restructuring plans, demonstrating concrete managerial and leadership skills in building teams and leading complex organizations.Graduated in economics at the University of Turin, I boast many years of experience in the energy sector. In 2008 I was hired by the Trevi Group where I held the position of CFO of the Oil & Drilling BU. In 2017 I was appointed CFO of all Group\'s Oil & Gas BUs to manage the Disposal of Oil & Gas Division within the Group overall restructuring process carried out in the context of Italian Bankruptcy law, taking part in the reorganization, restructuring, and sale of the division, successfully contributing to the implementation of the restructuring plan. From 2020 I hold the role of MEIL Group CFO Hydrocarbons Division and Senior Executive Director of Finance (board member with financial and legal delegated powers). I previously worked in the Eni group where I held managerial positions of increasing responsibility in the finance area both in Italy and abroad (China (4 years), India (3 years) & Azerbajian (2 years)).
