In Shopfully I had the opportunity to work in an international environment within a multi-country Infrastructure team. My role focuses on accelerating internal development processes, through automation, modernization, and the design of scalable and cost-efficient cloud solutions. I also contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the company’s AWS ecosystem, continuously improving performance, security, and reliability.Main activities:AWS Infrastructure – Designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available serverless and container-based architectures (ECS, Lambda, RDS, networking, IAM). Strong focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Definition of Terraform organization structure, creation of shared modules, and migration of legacy infrastructure into standardized IaC projects.CI/CD & Automation – Implementation and maintenance of pipelines with AWS CI/CD Suite, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ensuring consistent and automated delivery processes.Developer Platform (Backstage) – Contributing to the implementation of a developer internal portal to improve discoverability, self-service capabilities, and developer productivity.Internal Support – Acting as third-level support for cross-team infrastructure issues, enabling development teams to focus on product delivery.Technologies:Cloud: AWS, GCPLanguages: Python, Bash, HCL, YAML, SQLTools: Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CI SuiteCollaboration & Management: GitHub, GitLab, OneLogin, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace
