ABOUT DANILO ANNOSCIA

Danilo Annoscia held his professional career in Milan since 2004 and has worked with several architectural firms and engineering companies, in Italy and abroad. His works have concerned both architectural and interior design projects, in residential developments as well in projects for offices and retail buildings, facing different scales and stages and dealing with the different local regulations, in Europe, America and Asia. In particular, he has practiced in the USA, hence acquiring a good knowledge of US regulations as well a firm understanding of the difference between Europe/USA building design and construction process. His areas of expertise and interest range from space planning and layout organization to construction design and management, with a progressive shift of its activities towards the supervision, coordination and management of programs and resources. This experience is driven by a permanent attention to innovations and best practices: in fact, he has acquired expertise to managing projects developed in BIM (Building Information Modeling) environment and has as well worked on numerous projects that have adopted protocols for high environmental sustainability goals. His current tasks include managing internal resources and relations with outside consultants and agencies, coordinating the relationship between architectural design and its technical components (MEP and structures). His organizational skills and aptitude for teamwork are essential in allowing him to carry out these tasks, also undertaking responsibility for the training and professional growth of the assigned resources.
