Currently, I serve as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cargill in North Kingstown, RI — the largest privately held company in the U.S. Before joining Cargill, I managed HR operations in the corrections industry, where I built a leadership style rooted in fairness, empathy, and accountability. I also proudly serve in the Rhode Island Air National Guard, bringing over a decade of experience in personnel management and leadership.
