I am a solution-focused HR leader with global experience across North America, the UK, EMEA and APAC. Skilled at leading strategic human resources goals, programs and processes to drive growth and business results, I am regarded as a trusted advisor and coach to senior business leaders with a proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization. I\'ve led large-scale transformation projects and have experience across a variety of HR disciplines, including broad HR Management and Business Partner positions in global organizations. Passionate about driving efficiencies while embracing change, I approach HR challenges with the highest degree of professional conduct and believe data-driven decision-making is critical to effective HR initiatives. With 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, I hold an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster (London, UK) and a BA from the University of Waterloo (Ontario, Canada).
