Reflecting on my time as Human-Centered Design Lead, i am very much grateful for the lessons, collaborations, and challenges that have deepen my cohesive understanding of a seamless ecosystem. While the focus was on designing digital products at the intersection of employees, processes, and digital ecosystems, I’m thrilled to add AI to this equation—a transformative lever reshaping how employees interact and adopt to digital ecosystems.I look forward to driving thoughtful, human-centric AI innovation in this next phase. Here’s to building what’s next!#ProductManagement #HumanCenteredDesign #AI #Innovation #teambayer

ABOUT DANIJEL MARKUS

For me Digital Transformation means more than just using the newest and most fancy technology. it is about the balance between three angles - people, processes and technology - and how they augment with each other. Just recently a fourth dimension came to the band. It’s called AI. We are still at the very beginning of what does it mean for us individually and for large scale enterprises. The technology is undoubtedly phenomenal, but what does our future look like with a fully embedded AI: still to be seen. I truly believe we have exciting times ahead of us, towards the AI era. Let\'s crack it and make the digital ecosystem seamlessly accessible AI enabled for our patients, customers, consumers and employees.
