About Daniil Rose
I\'m a Penn State integrated undergraduate-graduate (IUG) student studying computer engineering and German alongside a Master of International Affairs focused on law, policy, and engineering. I focus on systems, management, and public decision-making, with a long-term goal of serving in university administration, grounded in experience as a professor.Currently I serve as President of the Graduate and Professional Student Association (GPSA), representing all of our graduate and professional students and working directly with senior leadership and public stakeholders on funding, institutional policy, and academic affairs. I\'ve also supported federal science and technology policy through in Washington, D.C, including research translation work and congressional engagement, and I currently work as a research assistant supporting international legal/policy scholarship.
