ABOUT DANIIL GERASIMOV
In 2013, I came to the U.S. to pursue the American Dream. I started my professional career at Deloitte, where I gained invaluable exposure to corporate excellence. After years of refining my skills and building both technical and leadership experience, I sought to explore the entrepreneurial side of this dream, transitioning to the agile environment of a boutique management consultancy. Joining MMC in 2023 accelerated my leadership development as I faced new client challenges daily.
