About Danie Townsley

I’m a model maker at Dreamfalling Studio with six years experience. My last big project was Brim Broome Boulevard at House Special, preceded by Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio where I was a face librarian and puppet fabricator. I also spent over five years at Laika in the Rapid Prototyping department, where I built, tensioned, and maintained 3D printed puppet heads for several feature films. I also did development animation testing to get faces registering on new puppet head cores.Prior to that I worked on three stop motion Christmas specials for NBC and the Hallmark Channel doing everything from puppet fabrication to rigging to animation. I’m super into 3D printing and making things!
