PARQA is laser-focused on the staffing, talent acquisition, and recruitment industry, an industry undergoing rapid change fueled by digital labor, automation, and AI. I work closely with our leadership team to shape the innovation strategy, oversee our product and platform architecture, and ensure that our implementations deliver measurable value and operational excellence for our clients.I oversee all aspects of PARQA’s technical strategy, including full-stack architecture, data and integration frameworks, AI enablement, and the development of proprietary solutions that extend the Salesforce and Bullhorn ecosystems.
