ABOUT DANIEL WISEMAN

I am a chartered town planner with over 22 years of experience in planning and urban design, in both the public and private sectors.Based in Chandlers Ford, I provide creative, strategic and client-focused planning and development advice across all sectors.I coordinate and project manage a wide range of development proposals from inception, pre-application and public engagement through to planning permission and commencement.Notable projects include:• Strategic Growth Option, Eastleigh: site promotion for dwellings, district centre, employment space, secondary school, three primary schools, two local centres, strategic relief road, open space and community infrastructure • Boorley Green, Eastleigh: reserved matters application for 889 dwellings and infrastructure, including community building, allotments and open space• Adanac Park, Southampton: a suite of 10 coordinated planning applications for an sq m business park, dwellings, care home and restaurant on a 30ha site• Woking: retail development anchored by M&S, Boots, hotel, 392 apartments and two public plazas• Woking: a new town centre fire station with training facilities and dwellings above• Oasis Academy, Mayfield, Southampton: new academy for 900 pupils, merging two secondary schools into one building on one site• Oasis Academy, Lord’s Hill, Southampton: new academy for 900 pupils, merging two secondary schools into one building on an area of under used public open space • Mansfield Hall, Reading: 600 bed student housing scheme for UNITE in one of the city’s conservation areas• The Pig in the Wall, Southampton: extension and conversion of a Grade II listed building and scheduled ancient monument within the Town Walls to a boutique hotel• Andover: drive-through fast food restaurant• Alton, Bracknell, Reading and Winchester: new foodstores for Aldi• Hatch Farm, West End: development brief for 80 homes on a greenfield site for Eastleigh Borough Council
