I am a disputes lawyer with a track record of strategically advising and representing my clients successfully in high-value, complex and cross-border arbitration and litigation. I have extensive experience of advising within the oil & gas and technology sectors and a particular focus on the African and Middle Eastern markets, but have acted on matters touching upon a wide range of commercial industries and geographies, using my fluency in French as needed.I am an arbitration specialist that has represented corporates, investors, high-net-worth individuals and state entities. I have conducted arbitrations under a variety of governing laws and pursuant to many of the major institutional rules as well as under ad hoc arrangements. I also have experience of English court litigation, investment treaty arbitration and forms of ADR, including mediation and expert determination.
