See my most recent projects here: https://danwil.comI have a deep understanding of artificial brains (software/hardware) and human brains (neuroscience). I grew up passionate about coding, writing complex low-level software since elementary school. In undergrad at Purdue, I took every brain-adjacent class (23 extra) in addition to my Computer Engineering degree requirements. My Caltech PhD research focused on algorithms which synthesize circuits that realize certain probability distributions (e.g. LLMs output probability distributions).I left early to co-found the recommendation system startup Hyphos Inc, ran my own consulting company Supervised Software LLC (AI and software design), built startup products, and taught ML/data science at well-known companies around the world. I delivered hundreds of professional talks, workshops, and classes.I am always open to discuss research and software collaborations with like-minded people!
